    I can barely give this place ONE STAR without wanting to fly into a blind rage. I paid for a car seat to be delivered to my house so that I could, you know, actually drive places with my daughter. It has been OVER A WEEK SINCE DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE OCCURRED AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR SEAT. I received a notification of redelivery, which I promptly filled out and selected that the item be delivered as soon as possible and that no further signature would be required. That night, my mail lady knocked at my door after dark around 6:15pm and stated that the package was so large that no other packages could be put in the truck. I'm sorry, but that is NOT MY PROBLEM. I have no way to pick up the package from the post office, and I PAID FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE BROUGHT TO ME. It has been 8 business days since, and THE PACKAGE IS STILL MISSING. I call the post office and get either a busy signal or no answer. Apparently no one in Louisa actually works? This merely solidifies the public's absolute DISDAIN for the post office and all their workers. YOU work for US. You are a PUBLIC SERVANT, AND WE PAY YOUR SALARIES. How about you actually EARN it?!?! After surviving a 15 minute automated tree on the national USPS phone line, I have supposedly rescheduled delivery for tomorrow, but I have BIG, BIG DOUBTS that it will actually arrive.

    What a rude attorney! I called to have a support matter taken care of and she was just short of nasty, then finally decided not to take the case. At least she gave me another lawyer's number. What a waste of time.
